About Leadership Team

Daniel Huffhines

Daniel, is a key leader and a founding member of Inspire Services. Where he helped start a movement to bring his passion for fitness and friendship to those who needed it the most. He attended New Mexico State University where he received his Bachelors of Science in Engineering, he also took courses in Anatomy & Physiology, Exercise Science, Nutrition, and other STEM related fields. Daniel also has a competitive side as a former collegiate baseball player. Through his years of competing as an athlete and studying a rigid engineering degree. Daniel then graduated and started work in the neurodiverse field. Daniel realized the importance and lack of caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable individuals helping this community feel happy, healthy, and strong. Once he recognized these issues Daniel began to put the blueprint forward to build a social and fitness outlet to help bring a holistic approach to bettering the lives of the individuals Inspire Impacts. One of his greatest achievements is being a husband and father.

Matthew Huffhines

Matthew is currently a licensed speech-language pathologist specializing in social skills development. He graduated with a master’s degree from Emerson College with a degree in communication science disorders in 2021. He received his bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Science from Arizona State University in 2018. In addition, Matthew has three years of experience as a state-certified speech-language pathologist assistant and working on early intervention teams. Matt believes in taking a holistic approach to intervention while working in a team to provide the best service for each individual.

Daniel Montoya

Daniel Montoya is a dedicated and compassionate personal trainer who specializes in working with the special needs population. With over six years of experience in adaptive fitness, Daniel has made a significant impact in the lives of his clients by tailoring exercise programs to meet their unique needs and abilities. His passion for his work shines through in every session, where he prioritizes quality service, personalized care, and a supportive environment.

Daniel holds a certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a personal trainer, ensuring that his clients receive the highest level of expertise. He is also a college graduate, bringing a well-rounded educational background to his profession. Known for his patience, empathy, and unwavering commitment, Daniel takes great pride in helping his clients achieve their fitness goals, build confidence, and improve their overall well-being.
